The van had seat belts and it would have taken me less than 5 minutes to hook it in, but he just flat refused and put the car seat in the back of the van. He REFUSED to allow it! We had no other way to get to the airport at 330am so I was forced to carry my 15 month old baby in my lap in a moving vehicle over 2 miles from the airport. When we got our luggage up to the front, I let him know I just needed to install the car seat. 2 guide dogs, 2 blind people, and a baby just take longer than most. He kept telling us it was too early to go to the airport but we needed to be there at 4am to get through security. The man (I believe all of the employees sounded like they were from India but I'm not positive), he was very very difficult to understand on the phone. I had absolutely no complaints until 3am when I made the call for their free shuttle. It was very spacious with a desk, TV, closet area, large bed, night stands, huge bathroom, and even a window seat. The sighted person who dropped us off said the room had a full mirrored wall and nice decor. We stayed in a handicap room as we are both blind and have guide dogs, as well as a 15 month old baby. We stayed in this hotel for just a night before our early morning flight the next day.
